Caring for genuine leather
Every Jarrod product is genuine leather, stitched by hand. A little care keeps it looking right for years.
Polish
Use a good care product made for genuine leather.
Rain and damp
Wipe damp spots with a dry cloth and let the leather dry naturally at room temperature. Never use a hair dryer or high heat. A protective polish helps on rainy days.
Heat and sun
Keep it away from extreme heat, and out of direct sunlight for long periods.
Storage
When not in use, keep it in a dust bag in a clean, dry place, stuffed with paper or dry cloth to hold its shape.
Fuel and solvents
Keep it away from petroleum products and flammable liquids.
A snug fit at first
Our pieces are all leather with no synthetic dividers, so wallets and card holders feel tight when new. The leather relaxes within a day or two of use.
